In this module we meet Simon. He is aware of the studies showing that legal professionals tend to have higher levels of anxiety depression and substance abuse than those in many other professions. He wonders why that is and perhaps more importantly – what he can do to maximize his performance and productivity while safeguarding his well-being. He doesn't want to just get by; he wants to thrive! How can he do that? And how can you? In this program we'll explore the relationship between well-being productivity and performance – and explore five healthy habits that you can adopt right away to maximize all three. |
