This 6-minute module conveys the firm's commitment to promoting supporting and sustaining the health and well-being of all of its lawyers and professional staff. It explores why this topic is so important what the pledge entails and what it means to those within the firm. What if your firm hasn't taken the ABA pledge but has its own well-being initiative it would like to promote? Like other modules this program can be customized to meet the specific needs of your firm.

Thriving in the Legal Profession: Maximizing Well-Being; Optimizing Performance

In this module we meet Simon. He is aware of the studies showing that legal professionals tend to have higher levels of anxiety depression and substance abuse than those in many other professions. He wonders why that is and perhaps more importantly – what he can do to maximize his performance and productivity while safeguarding his well-being. He doesn't want to just get by; he wants to thrive! How can he do that? And how can you? In this program we'll explore the relationship between well-being productivity and performance – and explore five healthy habits that you can adopt right away to maximize all three.

5-Minute Recharge! Proven Practices to Reduce Stress and Renew Energy in 5 Minutes or Less

Have you ever had “one of those days” when the number of tasks you have on your plate seems overwhelming, your thoughts are racing, and you can feel the stress building? When you’re having a day like that you might be tempted to just push on through but taking a few minutes to practice stress reduction techniques can reap significant benefits. In this module we’ll explore four proven practices for reducing your stress–in 5 minutes or less!

An Introduction to Mindfulness: A Must-Have Skill for Success

Mindfulness has long been embraced and encouraged by innovative and forward-thinking companies. Why? Regularly practicing mindfulness can improve concentration, working memory, decision-making, productivity, resilience, self-regulation, interpersonal communication, the quality of our relationships, and contribute to a greater sense of well-being.
