In this module we meet Mandy. Mandy is joining a team that will be working hybrid. While Mandy is used to working in an office environment near her manager firm leaders and colleagues working hybrid is a new concept for her. She has several questions including what can she do to remain visible and top of mind for her managers and colleagues what can she do to showcase her contributions and value – and keep her career on track and how can she maintain and nurture important connections and relationships?
